Ize-Iyamu: I Don’t Need Godfather To Win Edo Election
The competitor of the All Progressives Congress for the Edo State 2020 Governorship Election, Osagie Ize-Iyamu, says he needn’t bother with an adoptive parent to win the political decision.
He expressed this on Monday during a meeting on Politics Today, a program on Channels TV.
During the live TV program checked by our journalist, the competitor was inquired as to whether he had the favors of the suspended National Chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole, and what was his relationship with him.
He stated, “The main guardian I have is God. I am certain that is evident to you. Adams Oshiomhole is the national administrator of the gathering and I have monstrous regard for him. What’s more, there are different pioneers. Adams Oshiomhole was not in Edo today but I won the 18 neighborhood governments. We have shared regard for one another and I won’t slight him since anyone needs to affront him.
“All I need to tell you is that I am all around grounded in Edo. Individuals know me; I have lived there for my entire life and they have confidence in me. Also, they need someone that comprehends their issues and can illuminate them. I am true, centered and I have an obvious plan of what I need to do.
“That is the reason I am standing and I accept based on that I will win the political race overwhelmingly. I needn’t bother with any guardian to win.”
